Boy boy just got 'castrated' on Monday. He fell asleep like a log upon reaching home despite complaining loudly on his way to the vet and back haha. Vet said that he looks unusual cos most ginger cats have stripes and he doesn't! She said that he looks like a wild cat (i agree! right pple? he looks like a monkey hahaha). He's more manja now.. keeps asking for sayangs and wanting to cuddle in our laps.
Splurged and bought myself a new pair of blades and a new phone! Nokia 6233, very yummy, i'm really enjoying the photo taking. Look out for more photos once i get round to getting a card reader (cos strangely it doesn't come bundled with a USB cable). I went blading from my house to Simei.. and ended up with a huge arm ache the next day. Why? Cos i gripped the handrail of the overhead bridge, the slope kind, so hard to keep myself from free-wheeling down. But in the process, learnt something about using my right blade to brake by slanting it to the back.
And last but most excitingly, i'm going to Myanmar this Friday and will be back next week. My big boss did a Russian roulette thing during the last meeting and i got selected to go. She kept asking me whether I'd be scared but i'm quite garang la so.. no! I'm so excited! Everyone keeps telling me how dirty, run-down and poor Mandalay and Yangon is. And how oily, salty and terrible tasting the local fare. Oh and the expensive communications - something like US$2 - 3 per min of overseas phone calls, and S$3 per email sent using the hotel's email.
But i'm going and that's that. Everything is worth a taste (well.. almost everything haha). Soon oh soon, Fri is just.. 2 days away! Yay.. i'm all packed already. Even rushed to get a new phone so i can take photos hehehe..
